HOMEBREW RECORDS DEBUT E.P.

Austin, TX, March 18, 2015-Fort Worth alternative/indie-rock band Homebrew has finished recording their debut E.P. with Grammy-nominated producer Chris "Frenchie" Smith. Mr. Smith has produced well over a hundred records with artists including The Toadies, Gary Clark Jr., Jett, Gregg Rolie of Santana and Journey, and many more. Having rebuffed advances from several major recording labels, Homebrew felt the collaborative effort with The Bubble studio in Austin was the perfect fit:

Lead singer Dylan Owens: "Collectively, we felt that the opportunity to work with someone of the magnitude of Frenchie Smith was too good to pass up. His attitude, experience, and vision created the perfect environment for us to record our music in the best possible light. This is, by far, our most aggressive music to date."

Having played to sold-out houses with the likes of national touring bands Purple, In the Whale, Night Riots and more, the band has built a national following clamoring for their initial release. Tentatively titled "Caffeine Daze", the E.P. is scheduled for a summer release with a national tour to follow.
